Shipping policy

We offer free shipping in the US through USPS and UPS. We offer two shipping options to Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, and Germany. If you are in a country we do not currently offer shipping to, please email us and we can manually place your order.

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days.

US Shipping

All US orders ship free within 2-5 business days via USPS and UPS. If there is a delay with your order, we will email you. Once your order has shipped, it will take an average of 3-5 business days to arrive. If there is a spike in COVID-19 cases or extreme weather, USPS and UPS will take longer to deliver your package.

US Exchanges

We offer exchanges up to two weeks after you have received your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. There can be absolutely no animal hair or stains on your product, or we cannot grant your exchange.

 

To make an exchange, please email us (support@pre-internet.com) with your order number and desired product name and size. From there, we will email you a USPS return label. Your label will be valid for only 2 weeks and cannot be extended after that time frame. In your package, please include a note with your name, order number, and product name and size that you want us to send you. 

Your exchange will ship within 14 business days of receiving your package and we will email you with your new tracking number once the exchange has been processed.  

 

 

US Returns

We offer returns up to two weeks after you have received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. There can be absolutely no animal hair or stains on your product, or we cannot grant your return.

 

To make a return, please email us (support@pre-internet.com) with your order number and that you want a refund. From there, we will email you a USPS return label. Your label will be valid for only 2 weeks and cannot be extended after that time frame. In your package, please include a note with your name, order number, and that you want a refund. Your refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving your package, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.

 

International Shipments

For international shipments, The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country. We are not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

 

Based on the checkout method you choose (First Class or Priority Mail), shipping times may vary. You can expect your package between 2-8 weeks depending on where you are. Please be patient with us as your package moves from country to country. We have never had a package go undelivered, but some do take longer than others.

 

If your package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because you did not pay the customs fee, you will be responsible for paying shipping a second time. When you place your order, please triple check that your address is correct.

 

International Returns and Exchanges

Once we receive your return or exchange, it will take us up to 14 days to process your package. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. For exchanges, we will send you an invoice for shipping back to you and once it has been paid, we will mail your package.
